FRIED APPLE RINGS

Large Cooking Apples

Butter or Margarine
1 1/2 cup

Brown Sugar
2 cups
4 cups
Wash, core and peel apples. Cut into 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch slices
Sprinkle slices lightly with brown sugar
Sauté slices in butter in skillet until tender on both sides
Serve as a garnish or relish with pork, sausages, etc.
