Granola
Ingredients For 52
Oats, rolled 1/2 gal
Shredded Coconut 1 qt
Chopped Almonds 2 cups
Sesame Seed 2 cups
Sunflower Seed, hulled 2 cups
Wheat Germ 2 cups
Honey 2 cups
Salad Oil 1 cup
Chopped Dried Apricots 2 cups
Raisins, seedless 2 cups
 
  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  2. Mix oats, coconut, almonds, sesame seed, sunflower seed, and wheat germ in baking pan.
  3. Mix honey and oil in bowl. Pour over oats mixture. Mix.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
  5. Stir in apricots and raisins.
  6. Cool.
  7. Store in airtight container.
