Pour beans into steamtable pan (12" X 20" X 4")

Combine onions, molasses, dry mustard, brown sugar, water, tomato paste,
and ham. Blend well.

Pour over beans in pan. Stir to combine. Cover pan.

Bake; conventional over 350 degrees for 2.5 hours, convection oven 325
for 1.25 hours. Remove cover during last half of baking to brown beans.
